Information for automatic top up Service
This service for automatic top up of your call credit makes it more easy to use your sim card. You don`t have to take care about the actual call credit, it is automatically monitored. You can chose any amount starting from 10€ and continuing in steps by 5€.
The call credit on your account is checked twice a day at 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. If your call credit reach the minimum at this times, your account will be topped up with the amount you registered.
We will charge this amount to your bank account and you can immediatly use the new call credit to make your calls without any waiting time. After the top up procedure is finished, you will receive a SMS as confirmation.
At any time you can ask our customer service center to stop this service. The amount of automatic recharge can be also changed at any time if you wish. Please simply contact our customer servic center.
