Your shopping cart
On the product pages you will find a field for the quantity and a button „add to shopping cart“. Please put in first the quantity and then click „add to shopping cart“ to put the order on your virtual shopping list.
Afterwards you can continue shopping, add more products in the shopping cart or amed your order information.
Comfort is one of our targets
With the link “add to memo” you can place a reservation for the products until you come back next time to the shop, but be aware that cookies must be activated to use this function.
With the link “recommend this product” you can give a notice by email to your friends if you feel that this product could be interesting for them as well.
How to manage the order
Please click on the link „show shopping cart“ if you want to see your actual orders. There you will receive an overview of the articles you have put in the shopping cart. If you want to change the quantity of a product at this time, please make the change in the field “quantity” to the new figure and then click “update total”. To delete a product from your shopping cart, please click the waste basket symbol for beneath the product. To see details of a product in the shopping cart, click the name of the product. If your order is complete, click the link “proceed to check out”.
Shipping and payment information
The next window gives you the possibility to choose means of the shipping. Here you will also see the shipping cost. Please mark the kind of shipping you would like to have and then click “continue” to come to the payment section where you choose your payment method and then click “continue”.
Your address
There is a new window opening, where you put in the personal data you gave at your registration. If you wish to change this data, please click the link “change your personal data” and change them. If you want to give us a different address for shipping, you can do so in this form as well. You can also send us a notice with this form. After you have finished the data section, please click “continue”.
Summary
Now the summary of your order will be shown and you can check it again. Please recheck all information, to ensure that the products and quantity are what you want to order and that shipping and payment terms are correct. From this page you have the possibility to see our General Terms and Conditions by using the link, because you have to accept them before closing the order with a mark in the corresponding button. Please click on the link “submit order” to close the order finally. After this process you will receive a confirmation email from us.
Written order
If you choose the payment possibilty with a written order, you have to open the order form by using the link "print your order" in the window "order successfull". Then you can print this order form and send to us by fax, Email or post mail.
Order of Simcards with Portabilidad
If you order Simcards with Portabilidad (keep your current mobile phone number), please notice to send us the filled form "Portabilidad" after closing payment and order by Fax or Email. Without this form we cannot proceed you order and ship the Simcard.
Please be aware that you are responsable for this information (see also cost allocation and compensation).
cost allocation and compensation
There is no refund or withdrawal possible in case of Portabilidad, because the change of the current phone number to us is already started when we receive the order. The cost for this procedure is covered in case of withdrawal or if you don`t send us the form Portabilidad with the sales prize of the Simcard. In this case you will not receive the Simcard. Should the Simcard already be send out, you have to pay us a compensation of 40 € for each affected Simcard. This compensation has to be paid with first notice.
Important notice for Simcard orders
When you order a Simcard, we need your passport number as well as your birthday and nationality based on legal situation in Spain. Without this information we cannot activate your Simcard.
