Shipping Information
We ship the ordered products exclusively with post mail certification or courier service because of security reasons. Please note, that rules apply to the delivery as mentioned below:
a) Post delivery (Certification
The cost is 5 € per order.
b) Courier Service
The cost is 7,50 € per order.
c) Parcel Service
The cost is 25,00 € per order.
Non-collection of goods, undeliverability
If you do not pick up the shipped order in the time limit of storage time at your post office, it will be returned to us. Similarly, if the shipping address was incorrect then post office will return it to us with the remark “unknown address”. In case of shipment with a courier service they will try to deliver several times and take notes about this, but if it not possible to deliver, the order will be returned to us.
We will send the order again, if you pay us the new shipping cost in advance, plus any charges we are billed in respect of the goods returned. We will send you an email in case of return and the cost. If you do you not pay the cost in advance, then the order will be stored for a time of 6 month and will be deleted after this time.
