3. Offer and Acceptance
3.1 The presentations of the products in this Online-Shop constitute only and not a contractual offer. It is an invitation to order. All offers are valid only while stocks last, if there is not another notice made to the product. Errors excepted.
3.2 By clicking the button “send order” in the last part of the order process you fix a offer for order of all products selected in your shopping cart. The sales contract takes place when we confirm the order by sending an order confirmation email directly after your purchase order.
4. Contract Wording
The contract wording will be stored on our internal systems. The general terms and conditions can be viewed at all time on this page. The order details and the general terms and conditions will be send to you by email. After closing the shopping process the contract wording will not longer be seen via the webpage because of security reasons.
5. Right of Withdrawal
You have a legal right of withdrawal.

You can withdraw your order prior to the expiry of 7 days starting at the day of purchase without any reason in writing (f.e. post letter, fax, email) or by sending back the product. The right of withdrawal is not valid for SIM Cards and top ups (call credits). The period of time starts with the receipt of this instruction. In order not to exceed the cancellation period you have to send the product or the withdrawal letter in time. The withdrawal must be addressed to:

Cancellation consequences
In the event of a valid revocation of this agreement each party shall return to the respective other party the benefits received. Products with broken seal or opened protective coating are excluded from revocation. If you can not return the provided benefit or product or can only return it in degraded conditions, then you will have to pay us compensation. You must to pay the shipping cost of return the products. For refund of payments and/ or return of products you must fulfill your return obligations before 30 days after your declaration of withdrawal.

6. Prices and shipping cost
6.1 The prices you find on the product information pages include the VAT.
6.2. The shipping costs are determined by of ordered products and the kind of shipping. You will receive the total shipping cost information before your final order. You will find the list of the shipping cost on the page shipping information.
7. Shipping and delivery
7.1 Delivery is only possible to destinations in Spain.
7.2 The delivery will take 4 to 5 working days within normal conditions. If there is there is any delay or different time schedule, you will be informed on the product page or you will receive an email.
7.3 In case of the order of SIM Cards it is, because of legal requirements, obligatory that we receive the passport number, nationality and date of birth of the buyer. You can provide us with this information by email, fax or you can use the form “5 € Gratis” which you can find in the download section. You can also provide us this information by using the notice field in your customer account. Without this information we cannot activate and ship the SIM Card.
8. Payment
8.1 Payment has to be done with advance payment. You can choose bank transfer or Credit Card payment. Alternative you can also pick up the products you have ordered at our inventory. Please note, that pick up has to be confirmed beforehand.
8.2 If you choose bank transfer we will include our bank details in the order confirmation and will ship the products after we receive the payment.
8.3 You only have the right of set-off, if your counterclaim is established by legal judgement is undisputed or is accepted by us in writing.
8.4 The right of retention is expressly excluded, as is the right of assignments of claims to a third party.
9. Conditional sale
Until full and final payment has been received we will be the owner of the ordered products.
10. Warranty
The warranty is provided in accordance with legal requirements.
11. Cost allocation, compensation
There is no refund of the purchase price in case of Portability if you revoke or withdraw your order, because the portability process is immediately started with the order. The costs for this process will be covered in case of revoke or withdrawal by the purchase price. In this case we will not send a Simcard. If the Simcard was already shipped and the original form of Portability will not arrive, you are obliged to pay us a flat compensation of 40 € per Simcard with Portability. This amount has to be paid at first notice.
